We present our service as Manufacturers of Cast Iron Rough castings and Machined castings for Pumps, like, self-priming, mono blocks, open well, submersible, jet pumps and also compressor spar castings in the name of Vasanthi Foundry

Company Brief Profile

We are in this field from 1996, registered as a partnership firm, this partnership firm is operated by Sri. V. Sivaprakash jointly with Smt. Manimegalai Krishnan.
We started with our baby steps in production via hand molding system and produced 7 MT per month with limited customers.
With quality service, we scaled to production using semi-automatic molding machine and increased productivity to 80 MT per month.
With continued patronage and highly perceived customer satisfaction, we moved to production with track line molding system. This helped us meet high demand volumes from customer by producing 500 MT per month.
Over time, we extended our units of operations leading to production from 500 MT to 800 MT. To optimize and specialize operational line.
Today, we are having 17 shooter core machines along with the automatic sand plant and muller setup. Having expanded business operations, we installed couple of fully automatic “SINTO” machine to reduce the man power and speed up in production, hence we achieved 1800 MT per month. Having borne the benefits, we operated on a plus plus mode, installing an additional fully automatic machine “SINTO” leading to enhanced production capacity from 1800 – 2500 MT per month.

Bringing passion and service as value to all our customers across geographies in and around India, we are identified for our casting quality and well realized door step delivery policies.
Today we are at your service, fully operating with high quality minded engineers and pensioned laborers producing 2000 MT. and 500 MT is in our spare capacity.
